Going the Extra Mile

I want to say thank you.

Yesterday I met a new client who has a difficult problem that is quite outside my area of expertise. Clare kindly went the extra mile. She gave the client and me an hour of her time, spoke to a lawyer at another firm and the client is now in a safe pair of hands.

This is just one example of how we all go the extra mile for each other in this firm. I see it every day in the office and it is one of the reasons that I enjoy working here.
