Make sure you have the Will and Lasting Powers of Attorney (‘LPAs’) that are right for you

ByKate Slater November 17, 2021

As we move towards the end of the year you may be reflecting on ways to make sure that your affairs are in order. An important part of that could be to ensure that you have Wills and LPAs in place

Wills and (LPAs) should not be an automated system. Here at Tyndallwoods we believe that every client is unique.

Our aim is to try and make the process of making your Will and LPAs as simple and straightforward as possible but ensuring there are particular clauses in your Will relevant to your circumstances and recommended wording and supporting documents in relation to LPAs so that your attorneys make the right decisions for you.

As with most legal procedures there is a DIY ‘one size fits all’ approach but please do consult us for professional and bespoke advice.
