Mark of Excellence

We are so pleased that the Law Society’s Quality Mark, Lexcel, has once again re-accredited Tyndallwoods with its Excellence in Legal Practice Management and Client Care.

The assessor observed in his summary:

“It was a pleasure to assess a practice that was very different to a normal every day firm of solicitors. The location of the office and its surroundings were unique with a real sense of tranquility and character. It is clear that all the staff treat it as a home from home with a very obvious family atmosphere that runs throughout the core of the firm.

The practice has a very well embedded  culture of compliance and client care that was evident from the files reviewed and the staff interviewed.”
