Will Disputes

All of us would wish to avoid litigation but problems can arise in a personal and family context. Wherever possible it is often better and quicker to try and sort them out by discussion, negotiation and mediation rather than through court procedures. Sadly however it is a fact of life that sometimes problems cannot be resolved by discussion and it can either become necessary to issue proceedings in order to protect your interests or you might face the challenge of proceedings issued by another. It is our role to assist in these circumstances by providing professional and robust representation at all levels of the process. Where appropriate we seek to settle disputes through direct negotiation or mediation either before litigation is commenced or during proceedings.
