Tyndallwoods and Hollytrees Animal Rescue Trust

ByTyndallwoods June 12, 2013

Hollytrees Animal Rescue Trust prides itself on being one of the busiest rescue centres in the area.

The aims of HART include:

Rescuing and providing care and shelter for stray, abandoned, neglected and unwanted animals of all kinds.

Protecting animals from cruelty and suffering.

Helping the elderly with problems relating to their pets.

We at Tyndallwoods solicitors turn to Ray Dedicoat of HART for help and support when faced with issues relating to animals.  For example clients who sadly die leaving much loved pets with nowhere to go.  Ray always welcomes such animals to Hollytrees where we know they will receive the care and understanding that they need until they are re-homed.

Kate Slater delivered one such dog, a Spaniel called Chance to HART earlier in the year and was moved to tears  to hear that Chance is now training as a Police dog.

We were pleased to deliver blankets made up from squares knitted by friends of Tyndallwoods and Ray asked for our help.  He wants to turn a small piece of waste ground in their premises into a Memorial Garden.  The site needs to be cleared and landscaped and he hopes to install four benches.

Please contact me if you can help with this project in any way or to find out more about the special work of HART please visit http://www.raydedicoat.com/
